Room was dirty. Carpet had blood and gravel all over; you could not take off your shoes. Nothing like the pictures that are advertised. Refused a refund.

Over all was a good stay.

Checkin took quite a long time about 15 minutes. She was confused cause I had booked one night added onto the other four nights I was staying. Didn’t activate the room cards so were unable to get into underground parking without calling the front office and having someone come to let us in. This was a daily occurrence. And we kept on having to go down and get the card activated. One set of elevators was out for our entire stay of five days and I think that it had been out for a while. Hallway is not vacuumed very much or thoroughly as lots of dust dust in doorways and corners; also beds not swept underneath. Lots of dust. Seems to have really gone downhill since the last year when we had stayed there during the summer. Staff was very friendly and did change our towels daily, which surprised me as most places when they say it’s every third day will just do them every third day. So that was a positive. But lots of people at the front desk that seems very confused about a lot of stuff.
